HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In case you want to return the item, just send an email to this address shop.herofitgym@gmail.com inserting the in the subject order number and name used . The item must be bagged and packaged as it was received , clearly free of defects not caused by us (e.g. scratches, stains, lesions). The item in question must be returned no later than 30 days from arrival .
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order via Live Chat or at shop.herofitgym@gmail.com. Herofitgym reserves the right to comply with the European Directive 2011/83/EU regarding returns and refunds. To be refunded, orders must have been received and/or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer who must send the goods to our warehouse.
